What we plan around in South Miami-Dade

  • HOA and gated neighborhoods. Leave our name with the gate and tell us the HOA's delivery rules.
  • Townhomes with turning stairs. Send the measurements of big pieces so we know they'll make the turn.
  • Assembly. Beds, dressers, tables and shelving put together in the room. Mention it when you book so it's in the price.
  • Summer storms. Furniture is wrapped in pads before it leaves the store or the seller's home.

Hablamos español. Prefer Spanish? Write to us in Spanish in the chat or call 305-610-8004, and we'll help you in Spanish.

Routes around Cutler Bay

Cutler Bay sits between Florida's Turnpike and US-1, with Palmetto Bay, Pinecrest and Kendall to the north and Princeton, Naranja, Leisure City, Homestead and Florida City to the south. One of our crew members is based in South Miami-Dade. Inside Miami-Dade there's no travel fee.

Pricing

1–2 items are a flat rate, not hourly. Tell the chat what's moving (a photo or product link helps) plus the pickup and drop-off addresses, and you get one price in writing. Mention stairs, elevators, or assembly so the price covers them.

Extra work added on the day is billed at the hourly rate for the actual time, only after you agree to it. Bigger deliveries are hourly: $195 for the first hour, then $165/hour per crew (2 movers + a Sprinter van), in 30-minute increments. Outside 7 AM–7 PM, flat and hourly prices are doubled. A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.
