Moving from Orlando to Miami
An apartment in MetroWest or Lake Nona going to a new tower in Edgewater, a few pieces from a Winter Park house for a condo off Coral Way, a room near UCF heading home to Hialeah: two movers load at your Orlando address, take the Sprinter van south and carry everything in at the Miami end. We move only within Florida.

What this route is for
- A new job in Miami. A studio or a light 1-bedroom going from an Orlando complex into a Miami apartment. One van holds about 500 cubic feet. We don't have any big trucks, vans only.
- End of a lease. Orlando-area complexes usually do a move-out walk-through. Tell us your move-out date and the office's hours so loading fits inside them.
- Furniture from family. A dining set, a bed or a desk from a Central Florida home going to children or parents in Miami-Dade.
The Orlando end and the Miami end
In the Orlando area we load from Lake Nona and MetroWest complexes, Dr. Phillips and the streets off Sand Lake Road, Baldwin Park townhomes with rear garages, Winter Park and College Park homes, Downtown towers around Lake Eola, and the apartments along Alafaya Trail near UCF. The trip south is usually Florida's Turnpike the whole way into Miami-Dade; I-95 is the other option, depending on traffic and the Miami address.
At the Miami end we carry in to the newer towers in Edgewater, Midtown and Wynwood (loading dock and elevator time booked by the building), duplexes and small buildings in Little Havana and Allapattah, houses along Coral Way and in Westchester, and homes and apartments in Hialeah and Miami Lakes. Send the building's move-in rules; if management asks for a COI, we send it.
Pricing
In-state moves are priced per job, not from an hourly rate card. Tell the chat what's moving (photos help), both addresses, the floors and elevators at each end, and your date, and you get one price in writing before the job. Nothing is added on the day unless you ask for extra work and agree to it first.
A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building, at either end.
Florida only. We move only within Florida: both addresses must be in Florida. We don't do out-of-state moves.
Orlando to Miami questions
How is an Orlando to Miami move priced?
Per job, by quote. Send photos, both addresses, the floors and elevators at each end and your date in the chat, and you get one price in writing before the job.
My Orlando complex has a move-out inspection. Can you work around it?
Yes. Tell us the move-out date, the leasing office's hours and the gate details. We load first, so the unit is empty for the walk-through.
My new Miami building only allows move-ins at set hours. What do you need?
The building's move-in rules, the elevator or loading dock booking you get from management, and any COI request. We plan the unloading for that window.
Can you move me out of Florida?
No. We move only within Florida: both addresses must be in Florida.
