What this route is for

Small apartments. One van holds about 500 cubic feet, roughly a studio or a light 1-bedroom. We don't have any big trucks, vans only.
Coming back to South Florida. A first apartment or a job in Jacksonville ending, and the furniture worth keeping coming home to Miami-Dade.
Parents moving south. A bedroom set, a recliner and boxes going into a condo in Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach or North Miami.

The Jacksonville end and the Miami end

Jacksonville is spread out, so the loading address matters: Riverside and Avondale (older homes, garage apartments, narrow streets with parked cars), San Marco south of downtown, Mandarin along the river, the Southside and Baymeadows complexes off I-295 and J. Turner Butler Blvd, Arlington, and Atlantic, Neptune and Jacksonville Beach past the Intracoastal. Tell us which side of the St. Johns River you're on. From there it's I-95 south along the coast, past St. Augustine, Daytona Beach and the Treasure Coast, into Miami-Dade.

At the Miami end the van comes in from the north first: Aventura and Sunny Isles Beach condo towers (move-in hours, elevator bookings and COI requests are common), North Miami and North Miami Beach, Miami Shores and the Upper East Side, then Downtown, Brickell and the rest of the county.

Pricing

In-state moves are priced per job, not from an hourly rate card. Tell the chat what's moving (photos help), both addresses, the floors and elevators at each end, and your date, and you get one price in writing before the job. Nothing is added on the day unless you ask for extra work and agree to it first.

A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building, at either end.

No. We move only within Florida: both addresses must be in Florida.
