What this route is for

  • Studios and light 1-bedrooms. One van holds about 500 cubic feet. We don't have any big trucks, vans only, so a full house needs a second trip or a second van.
  • Students and new jobs. A room or a small apartment going to UCF, Valencia, the hospital campuses in Lake Nona or a first job in Downtown Orlando.
  • Furniture for family. A bed, a dresser, a dining set going from a Miami home to family in Kissimmee, Winter Park or Dr. Phillips.

The route and the Orlando end

Most trips leave Miami-Dade on Florida's Turnpike and stay on it north to Central Florida; some go up I-95 and cut west on the Beachline (SR 528), depending on traffic and the Orlando address. At the Orlando end we deliver to Downtown and Lake Eola towers, College Park and Thornton Park (brick streets, older homes), Baldwin Park townhomes with rear alley garages, Lake Nona and MetroWest complexes, and the apartments around UCF on Alafaya Trail.

Many Orlando-area complexes are gated and have leasing-office hours and move-in rules. Send the gate details and the rules for both buildings, so loading in Miami and unloading in Orlando line up.

Pricing

In-state moves are priced per job, not from an hourly rate card. Tell the chat what's moving (photos help), both addresses, the floors and elevators at each end, and your date, and you get one price in writing before the job. Nothing is added on the day unless you ask for extra work and agree to it first.

A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building, at either end.

Florida only. We move only within Florida: both addresses must be in Florida. We don't do out-of-state moves.

The gate code or call box name, the building and unit number, and the leasing office's move-in rules (hours, elevator or stair access). Send them before the move.
