What this route is for

Selling a Gulf-side condo. The pieces you want to keep coming back to a Broward home, while the rest is sold or donated in Naples.
Downsizing near family. A bedroom set, a recliner and boxes going from a Naples villa to a smaller place close to children in Broward.
Small apartments. One van holds about 500 cubic feet, roughly a studio or a light 1-bedroom. We don't have any big trucks, vans only.

The Naples end and the Fort Lauderdale end

In Naples we load from the Gulf-front condo towers in Pelican Bay, Park Shore and Vanderbilt Beach, gated golf and country-club communities off Pine Ridge, Immokalee and Livingston Roads and along Collier Blvd, cottages in Old Naples, and houses in Golden Gate and Golden Gate Estates. Many associations set move-out days and hours too, not only move-ins, and some ask for a COI: send their rules with your request. The trip east is I-75 across Alligator Alley.

That brings the van into western Broward first, so Weston, Davie, Plantation and Sunrise are the nearest stops. Farther east we carry in to Downtown and Las Olas condos, Victoria Park and Coral Ridge, the Galt Ocean Mile and A1A towers, and Hollywood or Pembroke Pines on the south side of the county.

Pricing

In-state moves are priced per job, not from an hourly rate card. Tell the chat what's moving (photos help), both addresses, the floors and elevators at each end, and your date, and you get one price in writing before the job. Nothing is added on the day unless you ask for extra work and agree to it first.

A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building, at either end.
