What this route is for

  • Apartments and condos. One van holds about 500 cubic feet, roughly a studio or a light 1-bedroom. We don't have any big trucks, vans only.
  • Split households. Part of a home going to Central Florida while the rest stays in Broward.
  • A few big pieces. A sectional, a bed, a desk going to family in Orlando, Kissimmee or Winter Park.

The Fort Lauderdale end and the route

In Fort Lauderdale we load from Downtown and Flagler Village towers, Las Olas and Victoria Park apartments, beach condos along A1A (loading docks and freight elevators booked ahead) and canal homes in the Isles. Most trips go west to Florida's Turnpike and north through the Treasure Coast to Central Florida; some use I-95 and the Beachline (SR 528) instead.

At the Orlando end we deliver to Downtown, Lake Nona, MetroWest, Dr. Phillips, Kissimmee, Winter Park and the UCF area. Send the move-in rules and gate details for both buildings.

Pricing

In-state moves are priced per job, not from an hourly rate card. Tell the chat what's moving (photos help), both addresses, the floors and elevators at each end, and your date, and you get one price in writing before the job. Nothing is added on the day unless you ask for extra work and agree to it first.

A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building, at either end.

Florida only. We move only within Florida: both addresses must be in Florida. We don't do out-of-state moves.
