How Sunny Isles towers work

Move rules. Most towers set move hours, want the service elevator reserved, and ask for a COI before the crew comes up. Send us management's rules. A COI naming the association or you as additional insured is $75.
Valet driveways and garage docks. The front entrance is usually for residents and valet, and deliveries go through the garage or a side dock. Send the posted garage clearance: our high-roof Sprinter is taller than a car. If it can't get in, we plan a dock or curbside load.
Long carries. Dock, service elevator, then a long hallway to an oceanfront or bayside unit. Furniture is padded for the elevator and corridors, and the carry is part of the hourly time.

Seasonal and partial moves

Many Sunny Isles owners split the year, so a lot of jobs here aren't full moves: a few pieces into storage before you leave, new furniture delivered and assembled before you arrive, or a unit cleared out for a tenant. If you won't be there, someone you trust has to let the crew in, and the front desk needs to know we're coming.

Getting on and off the island

Collins Avenue runs the length of the city, and the causeways at Sunny Isles Boulevard (NE 163rd Street) and NE 192nd Street connect it to the mainland, North Miami Beach and Aventura. Moves to Golden Beach, Hallandale Beach and Hollywood go north on Collins. There's no travel fee; the drive between your addresses is part of the billed time.

Can you deliver new furniture to my Sunny Isles condo while I'm away?

Yes, if someone you trust can let the crew in and the front desk knows we're coming. Building elevator and COI rules still apply.

Our building only allows moves on weekdays during set hours. Is that a problem?

No. We work 7 days a week, 7 AM–7 PM. Tell us the allowed window when you book. Anything a building requires before 7 AM or after 7 PM is billed at double rate ($330/hour).

Does the building's move deposit go through you?

No. Building fees and deposits are between you and the association. Our price covers the crew, the van and the time.

Can you move a few pieces from my condo into storage?

Yes. Storage jobs are hourly: $165/hour for 2 movers + the van, 2-hour minimum ($330). One or two items alone is a flat rate.
