One-item moves in West Palm Beach

A dresser from a seller in Wellington to a condo on Flagler Drive. A sofa from an apartment off Okeechobee Boulevard to a cottage in Northwood. A vintage cabinet from a shop on South Dixie Highway to a house in El Cid. One flat price for the piece and both addresses, not an hourly move.

Seller and shop pickups

Found it from a private seller in Wellington, Royal Palm Beach, Lake Worth Beach or Palm Beach Gardens, or at a consignment shop? Send the item photo with measurements, the pickup address and when the seller or shop is open. We pick it up, wrap it in pads, and bring it to you.

  • Pay the seller or shop yourself before we arrive.
  • Someone has to be at both ends: the seller at pickup, and you or someone you trust at drop-off.
  • We look the piece over at pickup and point out visible damage before we load it. Older pieces get extra pads.

West Palm Beach buildings

Downtown towers along Flagler Drive and near Clematis Street often want even one sofa on the service elevator, inside delivery hours, with a COI on file. Ask the front desk and send us what they say; a COI naming the building as additional insured is $75.

The historic neighborhoods (Northwood, El Cid, Flamingo Park, Grandview Heights) have older houses with front steps and narrow doorways. Send the doorway width and the piece's measurements; if we think it won't fit, we'll tell you before we come. Going across the bridge to Palm Beach island? Tell us the community's delivery rules and hours.

What counts as a one-item move

Sofas, armchairs, dressers, beds and mattresses, dining tables, desks, cabinets and media consoles. Also washers, dryers, and compact or standard (not oversized) refrigerators, unplugged, emptied and disconnected before we arrive: we don't do hookups. Two pieces still count. Three or more is usually a small move.

Pricing

1–2 items are a flat rate, not hourly. Tell the chat what's moving (a photo or product link helps) plus the pickup and drop-off addresses, and you get one price in writing. Mention stairs, elevators, or assembly so the price covers them.

Extra work added on the day is billed at the hourly rate for the actual time, only after you agree to it. Bigger deliveries are hourly: $195 for the first hour, then $165/hour per crew (2 movers + a Sprinter van), in 30-minute increments. Outside 7 AM–7 PM, flat and hourly prices are doubled. A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.
