One-item moves in Boca Raton
A recliner from a seller in a West Boca community to a condo off Federal Highway. A desk to a student apartment near the university. A dresser from a parent's place to yours. One flat price for the piece and both addresses, not an hourly move.

Gates at both ends
In Boca, the pickup and the drop-off are often both behind a gate. West Boca communities off Glades Road, Lyons Road and Powerline Road usually check in every vehicle. Ask the seller to leave our name with their guard, and do the same at your end, so the crew isn't stuck at either gate.
- Pay the seller yourself before we arrive.
- Someone has to be at both ends: the seller at pickup, and you or someone you trust at drop-off.
- We look the piece over at pickup and point out visible damage before we load it.
East Boca condos and student apartments
Condos downtown, along Federal Highway and on A1A often want even one piece to come up the service elevator, inside delivery hours, with a COI on file. Ask the front desk and send us what they say. A COI naming the building as additional insured is $75.
Apartments near the university turn over at the start and end of each semester, and many have outside stairs. Tell us the floor and send a photo of the stairs if the piece is big, so the price covers it.
What counts as a one-item move
Sofas and sectionals, recliners, mattresses and bed frames, dressers, dining tables, desks, TVs and media consoles. Also washers, dryers, and compact or standard (not oversized) refrigerators, unplugged, emptied and disconnected before we arrive: we don't do hookups. Two pieces still count. Pricing
1–2 items are a flat rate, not hourly: no 2-hour minimum. Tell the chat what's moving (a photo or product link helps) plus the pickup and drop-off addresses, and you get one price in writing. Mention stairs, elevators, or assembly so the price covers them.
Extra work added on the day is billed at the hourly rate for the actual time, only after you agree to it. Bigger deliveries are hourly: $165/hour for 2 movers + a Sprinter van, 2-hour minimum ($330). Outside 7 AM–7 PM, flat and hourly prices are doubled. See pricing →
