How a West Palm Beach pickup works

  • Send us the listing. A photo or the listing link, the measurements if the seller has them, the seller's address and when they're home.
  • Pay the seller yourself. Settle payment with the seller before we arrive. We don't collect or carry money for anyone.
  • Someone at both ends. The seller at pickup, and you or someone you trust at drop-off.
  • We look it over. At pickup we check the piece and send you what we see before it goes in the van. If you decide not to take it, tell us right there.

Sellers across Palm Beach County

Gated communities. Many sellers in Wellington, Royal Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens live behind a guard gate. Ask the seller to put our name on the guest list, so the crew isn't stopped at the entrance.

Palm Beach island. Pickups on the island cross the Intracoastal on one of the bridges, which can open for boats. Send the seller's address and their time window, and we plan around it.

Pricing

1–2 items are a flat rate, not hourly. Tell the chat what's moving (a photo or product link helps) plus the pickup and drop-off addresses, and you get one price in writing. Mention stairs, elevators, or assembly so the price covers them.

Extra work added on the day is billed at the hourly rate for the actual time, only after you agree to it. Bigger deliveries are hourly: $195 for the first hour, then $165/hour per crew (2 movers + a Sprinter van), in 30-minute increments. Outside 7 AM–7 PM, flat and hourly prices are doubled. A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.

Can you pick up from a seller in Jupiter or Boca Raton?

Yes, anywhere in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade. Both addresses go into the flat price.

Can you pick up while I'm at work?

Yes, as long as the seller is there at pickup and someone you trust is there at drop-off. Pay the seller yourself before we arrive.

Can you take two pieces from two different sellers?
