Seller pickups around Coral Springs

Bought something from a private seller in Parkland, Margate, Coconut Creek, Tamarac or Boca Raton? Send the item photo (measurements help), the pickup address and when the seller is home. We pick it up, wrap it in pads, and bring it to you.

  • Pay the seller yourself before we arrive.
  • Someone has to be at both ends: the seller at pickup, and you or someone you trust at drop-off.
  • We look the piece over at pickup and point out visible damage before we load it.

Coral Springs homes and communities

Many homes here are two-story, so a dresser or bed often has to come down a staircase. Tell us the floor and send a photo of the stairs; if we have to take a bed frame apart, mention it up front so it's in the price.

Coral Springs has its own rules on commercial vehicles in residential areas, and many HOAs add rules on where a van can stop. In gated communities, leave our name and arrival time with the guard. Apartment communities off University Drive, Sample Road and Atlantic Boulevard: send the building number and any leasing-office delivery hours.

What counts as a one-item move

Sofas and sectionals, mattresses and bed frames, dressers, dining tables, desks, TVs and media consoles. Also washers, dryers, and compact or standard (not oversized) refrigerators, unplugged, emptied and disconnected before we arrive: we don't do hookups. Two pieces still count. Three or more, or a whole room, is usually a small move.

Pricing

1–2 items are a flat rate, not hourly. Tell the chat what's moving (a photo or product link helps) plus the pickup and drop-off addresses, and you get one price in writing. Mention stairs, elevators, or assembly so the price covers them.

Extra work added on the day is billed at the hourly rate for the actual time, only after you agree to it. Bigger deliveries are hourly: $195 for the first hour, then $165/hour per crew (2 movers + a Sprinter van), in 30-minute increments. Outside 7 AM–7 PM, flat and hourly prices are doubled. A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.
