What hourly help covers in Hollywood

  • Rental trucks at beach condos. Buildings on A1A and along the Intracoastal often have a loading dock with time limits and a service elevator to reserve. Send the building's rules and we load or unload the truck inside your slot.
  • Seasonal condos. Furniture moved into storage rooms or another unit before you leave for the summer, or set back up when you return. Tell us the building's work hours.
  • Storage units. In, out, or moved from one unit to another. Send the facility address, the unit size and the gate hours.
  • Houses in Hollywood Hills and west of I-95. Rooms cleared for new floors or paint and put back afterwards, or heavy pieces moved between rooms and the garage.

Routes and timing

Hollywood runs from the beach across the Intracoastal to I-95, Florida's Turnpike and State Road 7, along Hollywood Boulevard, Sheridan Street and Stirling Road. Traffic on the beach side builds on weekends and in season, so we plan start times around it. Billed time starts when the crew arrives at your first address, and there's no travel fee.

A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.

Hollywood questions

I only need movers, not a van. Is that cheaper?

It's the same price. The crew still comes in the van, because they need transport and the van carries all the moving equipment: dollies, hand truck, pads, straps and tools.

I only need help for about an hour. Is there a minimum?

No. There's no minimum beyond the first hour: the first hour is $195 for 2 movers + the van, then $165/hour in 30-minute increments.

My beach condo only gives us the loading dock for a few hours. Can you work inside that?

Yes. Send the dock time and the elevator reservation when you book, and tell us how much is going on the truck so we plan the right start time.

Do you have big trucks?

We don't have any big trucks, vans only. For bigger loads you can rent a truck and book us to load and unload it, or add a second crew.
