What we move

  • Washers and dryers, including stackable units.
  • Compact and standard refrigerators and freezers (not large or built-in refrigerators).
  • From a store, a warehouse pickup counter, a private seller, or one home to another.

We don't do hookups. Appliances must be unplugged, emptied and disconnected from water before we arrive. At the new place we set them in position; a plumber or installer handles the connections.

Boca Raton homes and buildings

  • West Boca gated communities. The laundry room is often off the garage. Leave our name with the gate and tell us if the van can pull into the driveway.
  • Condos off Federal Highway and on A1A. Many want the service elevator reserved and a COI on file. Some older condos have rules about washers in units: check with the association before you buy one.
  • Student apartments near FAU. Compact fridges and small freezers up outside stairs or a shared elevator. Send the building, the floor and the leasing-office move hours.

Before we arrive

  • Defrost and dry a refrigerator a day ahead; tape the doors shut or let us strap them.
  • Drain the washer hoses and leave them with the machine.
  • Measure the doorways and the spot it's going into, and send the numbers with a photo.

Pricing

1–2 items are a flat rate, not hourly. Tell the chat what's moving (a photo or product link helps) plus the pickup and drop-off addresses, and you get one price in writing. Mention stairs, elevators, or assembly so the price covers them.

Extra work added on the day is billed at the hourly rate for the actual time, only after you agree to it. Bigger deliveries are hourly: $195 for the first hour, then $165/hour per crew (2 movers + a Sprinter van), in 30-minute increments. Outside 7 AM–7 PM, flat and hourly prices are doubled. A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.

Do you connect the washer and dryer?

No. We move and place them. Water, drain and dryer-vent connections are for a plumber or installer.

Can you bring a compact fridge to a student apartment near FAU?

Yes. Send the building, the floor and both addresses in the chat. One or two appliances are a flat rate, not hourly.

My condo needs a COI for the delivery. Can you send one?

Yes. A COI is always available; adding the building as additionally insured is $75.

Do you take away the old appliance?

We don't haul appliances away for disposal. We can move it to another spot or address if you tell us up front.
