Gated communities and condos

Many Boca Raton communities need the crew's names or a gate pass, and condos often limit delivery hours. Tell us the gate rules and the building's hours when you book.

Mattresses are wrapped before they leave the store or seller.
Bed frames taken apart and put back together when you tell us up front.
Placement in the bedroom you want.

Pricing

1–2 items are a flat rate, not hourly: no 2-hour minimum. Tell the chat what's moving (a photo or product link helps) plus the pickup and drop-off addresses, and you get one price in writing. Mention stairs, elevators, or assembly so the price covers them.

Extra work added on the day is billed at the hourly rate for the actual time, only after you agree to it. Bigger deliveries are hourly: $165/hour per crew (2 movers + a Sprinter van), 2-hour minimum. Outside 7 AM–7 PM, flat and hourly prices are doubled. See pricing →

A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.

Boca Raton questions

Can you bring a mattress from Miami or Fort Lauderdale to Boca?

Yes. Send both addresses and the flat price covers the drive.

Do you need the gate code?

Tell us how the gate works: a code, a call box, or a guest list. We'll follow what the community asks.

Will you remove my old mattress?

We don't haul mattresses away for disposal. We can move it to another room or address as part of the job if you tell us up front.

Boca Raton move or delivery coming up? Send a photo in the chat.
