What we move

  • Washers and dryers, including stackable units.
  • Compact and standard refrigerators and freezers (not large or built-in refrigerators).
  • From a store, a warehouse pickup counter, a private seller, or one home to another.

We don't do hookups. Appliances must be unplugged, emptied and disconnected from water before we arrive. At the new place we set them in position; a plumber or installer handles the connections.

Fort Lauderdale homes and buildings

  • Victoria Park, Sailboat Bend and Rio Vista. Duplexes and small older buildings where the laundry spot is often in a utility room, a back porch or off the carport. Send a photo of the path and the doorway width so we bring the right dolly.
  • Flagler Village and downtown apartments. Newer buildings with a loading area, a service elevator and set delivery hours. Ask the leasing office and send us their rules.
  • Beach condos on A1A and the Galt Ocean Mile. Most want the service elevator reserved and a COI on file. Tell us the building name and the window you get.

Before we arrive

  • Defrost and dry a refrigerator a day ahead; tape the doors shut or let us strap them.
  • Drain the washer hoses and leave them with the machine.
  • Measure the doorways and the spot it's going into, and send the numbers with a photo.

Pricing

1–2 items are a flat rate, not hourly: no 2-hour minimum. Tell the chat what's moving (a photo or product link helps) plus the pickup and drop-off addresses, and you get one price in writing. Mention stairs, elevators, or assembly so the price covers them.

Extra work added on the day is billed at the hourly rate for the actual time, only after you agree to it. Bigger deliveries are hourly: $165/hour per crew (2 movers + a Sprinter van), 2-hour minimum. Outside 7 AM–7 PM, flat and hourly prices are doubled. See pricing →

A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.

Fort Lauderdale questions

Do you connect the washer and dryer?

No. We move and place them. Water, drain and dryer-vent connections are for a plumber or installer.

Can you pick up a fridge from a seller and bring it to my place?

Yes. Pay the seller yourself, make sure it's empty and defrosted, and send both addresses and a photo in the chat.

Is one appliance a flat rate?

Yes. One or two appliances are a flat rate with no 2-hour minimum. A whole kitchen's worth, or appliances plus furniture, is usually hourly at $165/hour per crew.

Do you take away the old appliance?

We don't haul appliances away for disposal. We can move it to another spot or address if you tell us up front.
