Hialeah homes and efficiencies

Efficiencies behind a house are often reached through a side gate or a narrow yard. Send us the gate width and a photo of the path, so we bring the right dolly and know it fits.

We don't do hookups. Appliances must be unplugged, emptied and disconnected before we arrive; we set them in position at the new place.

Pricing

1–2 items are a flat rate, not hourly: no 2-hour minimum. Tell the chat what's moving (a photo or product link helps) plus the pickup and drop-off addresses, and you get one price in writing. Mention stairs, elevators, or assembly so the price covers them.

Extra work added on the day is billed at the hourly rate for the actual time, only after you agree to it. Bigger deliveries are hourly: $165/hour per crew (2 movers + a Sprinter van), 2-hour minimum. Outside 7 AM–7 PM, flat and hourly prices are doubled. See pricing →

A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.
