What to send us

A photo or the listing link, plus measurements if the seller has them.
The pickup address and the times the seller is available.
Your address, the floor, and whether there's an elevator or stairs.
Pay the seller yourself before we arrive; we don't collect money for anyone.

Fort Lauderdale pickups

Beachfront condos along A1A and towers downtown often want deliveries in set hours with the service elevator reserved. Ask the front desk and send us their rules. Houses in Victoria Park, Wilton Manors or Rio Vista are simpler: tell us where the van can stop.

Many pickups cross county lines: a find in Boca Raton or Hollywood brought home to Fort Lauderdale is still one flat price, priced from both addresses.

Pricing

1–2 items are a flat rate, not hourly: no 2-hour minimum. Tell the chat what's moving (a photo or product link helps) plus the pickup and drop-off addresses, and you get one price in writing. Mention stairs, elevators, or assembly so the price covers them.

Extra work added on the day is billed at the hourly rate for the actual time, only after you agree to it. Bigger deliveries are hourly: $165/hour per crew (2 movers + a Sprinter van), 2-hour minimum. Outside 7 AM–7 PM, flat and hourly prices are doubled. See pricing →

A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.

Fort Lauderdale questions

Can you pick up from a seller in another city?

Yes, anywhere in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. Send both addresses and the price covers the drive.

Do you bring it inside and upstairs?

Yes. We carry it in and place it in the room you want. Tell us about stairs or elevators so the price covers it.

Can you take two pieces from two different sellers?

Often, yes. Send both listings and all the addresses in the chat and we'll tell you how it's priced.

Fort Lauderdale move or delivery coming up? Send a photo in the chat.
