What this route is for

Student moves. A room or a small apartment going from the FAU area to UCF, Rollins or Valencia, or back home to Boca at the end of a lease.
Helping kids move out. A bed, a desk, a sofa and boxes from the family home to a first apartment in Orlando.
Small moves. One van holds about 500 cubic feet, roughly a studio or a light 1-bedroom. We don't have any big trucks, vans only.

The Boca Raton end and the route

In Boca we load from the apartments around FAU and Spanish River Blvd, condos near Mizner Park and along A1A, and the gated communities west of Military Trail and out along Glades Road and Yamato Road, where the guard gate needs the crew's names or a pass. Most trips take Florida's Turnpike north through Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast into Osceola and Orange Counties; some run I-95 to the Beachline (SR 528) instead.

At the Orlando end we deliver to the apartments around UCF on Alafaya Trail and in Oviedo, Winter Park and College Park, Lake Nona, Downtown, and the complexes along the 408 and 417. Most Orlando-area complexes have a leasing office with move-in hours: send them with your request.

Pricing

In-state moves are priced per job, not from an hourly rate card. Tell the chat what's moving (photos help), both addresses, the floors and elevators at each end, and your date, and you get one price in writing before the job. Nothing is added on the day unless you ask for extra work and agree to it first.

A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building, at either end.

Florida only. We move only within Florida: both addresses must be in Florida. We don't do out-of-state moves.
