  • The order or pickup number, and confirmation that it's paid and ready

  • The delivery address, which floor, and whether there are stairs
  • Whether you need assembly

We look each piece over at pickup and point out visible damage before we load it, so any issue stays with the store.

Delivering into Coral Springs homes

  • Two-story homes. Bedrooms are usually upstairs, and a lot of staircases turn at a landing. A big headboard, bunk bed or dresser may need to come up in parts and be put together in the room. Send a photo of the stairs with the piece's measurements.
  • City and HOA rules. Coral Springs is a planned city with rules on commercial vehicles in residential areas, and many HOAs add delivery hours. Tell us anything your street or HOA requires and we plan the stop around it.
  • Gated communities. Leave our name and arrival time with the guard, or send the visitor pass details, so the crew isn't held at the gate.
  • Apartments and townhomes. Communities off University Drive and Sample Road with leasing-office delivery hours and outside stairs. Some ask for a COI; it's always available.

Assembly

We assemble new flat-pack furniture and put back together anything we took apart: beds, bunk beds, desks, shelving, dressers, tables, outdoor sets. Hardware stays bagged and labeled, and we take the boxes and packaging away at no extra charge. We don't do wall-mounting, electrical, plumbing or gas hookups, and we don't anchor furniture to walls.

Pricing

1–2 items are a flat rate, not hourly. Tell the chat what's moving (a photo or product link helps) plus the pickup and drop-off addresses, and you get one price in writing. Mention stairs, elevators, or assembly so the price covers them.

Extra work added on the day is billed at the hourly rate for the actual time, only after you agree to it. Bigger deliveries are hourly: $195 for the first hour, then $165/hour per crew (2 movers + a Sprinter van), in 30-minute increments. Outside 7 AM–7 PM, flat and hourly prices are doubled. A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.

Can you carry a dresser upstairs and put a bed together in the same delivery?

Yes. Tell us both pieces, the floor and the assembly when you ask for the price, so all of it is included.

Is assembly included?

Assembly you mention up front is included in the price. Extra work you didn't book is billed at the hourly rate for the actual time, only after you agree to it.

Do you take the boxes away?

Yes. We take away the boxes and packaging from items we deliver or assemble, at no extra charge.

My HOA has rules about delivery vans. What do you need?

Send the HOA's delivery hours and where a van can stop, and leave our name at the gate if you have one. We plan the stop and the carry around them.
