What we plan around in Naples

  • Showroom and design-store pickups. Stores along US 41 (Tamiami Trail), Pine Ridge Road and Airport-Pulling Road. Have the order paid and send the order number and the pickup hours.
  • Condos in Pelican Bay, Park Shore and Vanderbilt Beach. Associations set delivery days and hours and often want a COI first. Send the rules; a certificate of insurance (COI) is always available.
  • Gated golf communities. Gatehouses off Pine Ridge, Immokalee Road, Livingston Road and Collier Boulevard. Put the crew on the gate list for the delivery day.
  • Seasonal owners. Furniture delivered and assembled before you arrive, with a property manager or a neighbor letting the crew in.
  • Old Naples and Golden Gate Estates. Cottages on tight lots near Fifth Avenue South, and long driveways out in the Estates. Send a photo of the driveway and the entry.

Pickups and drop-offs around Naples

Naples deliveries run on US 41, I-75, Pine Ridge Road, Golden Gate Parkway, Immokalee Road, Airport-Pulling Road and Collier Boulevard. US 41 is slowest in season, so a morning window is usually easier. Bonita Springs, Estero and Marco Island are close; tell us both addresses. Pricing

1–2 items are a flat rate, not hourly. Tell the chat what's moving (a photo or product link helps) plus the pickup and drop-off addresses, and you get one price in writing. Mention stairs, elevators, or assembly so the price covers them.

Extra work added on the day is billed at the hourly rate for the actual time, only after you agree to it. Bigger deliveries are hourly: $195 for the first hour, then $165/hour per crew (2 movers + a Sprinter van), in 30-minute increments. Outside 7 AM–7 PM, flat and hourly prices are doubled. A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.

Naples questions

I'm not in Naples until the season starts. Can you deliver and set up without me?

Yes. Tell us who will let the crew in (a property manager, the front desk or a neighbor) and what goes in which room. Assembly you mention up front is included in the price.

Our association needs a COI before any delivery. Can you send one?

Yes. A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available. Send the association's requirements; naming the building as additional insured is $75.

Do you deliver to Marco Island and Bonita Springs too?

Yes. Tell us both addresses and we plan the route.

Do you deliver furniture outside Florida?

No. We move only within Florida: both addresses must be in Florida.
