Downtown Delray and the beach

Atlantic Avenue and Pineapple Grove. Downtown gets busy, especially evenings and weekends, and curb space is limited. Tell us where a van can stop at your building: a side street, a driveway, a garage or a loading area. The carry from there is part of the job.
Beach and Intracoastal condos. Buildings along the ocean and the Intracoastal often want deliveries on the service elevator, inside set hours, with a COI. A COI naming the building or you as additional insured is $75.
Drawbridges. The bridges over the Intracoastal open for boats, so trips to the beach side take a little planning. The price already covers the drive between the two addresses.

West Delray communities

West of I-95, and especially west of the Turnpike, Delray Beach is mostly gated communities, many of them 55+. Villas, single-story homes and garden-style condos, each with its own gate and check-in. Leave our name and arrival time with the guard or send the visitor pass details, and tell us if the community limits delivery hours.

Many of these jobs are a new bed or recliner for a parent, or a guest room set up before family visits. If you won't be home, someone you trust has to let the crew in.

Pickups and assembly

Stores and warehouses in Delray, Boca Raton and Boynton Beach, flat-pack retailers, storage units and private sellers. Send the store name and pickup address, the order number with confirmation that it's paid and ready, a photo or product link, and whether you need assembly. We look each piece over at pickup and point out visible damage before we load it.

We assemble new flat-pack furniture and put back together anything we took apart: beds, tables, desks, shelving, dressers. Boxes and packaging go with us at no extra charge. We don't do wall-mounting, electrical, plumbing or gas hookups.

Pricing

1–2 items are a flat rate, not hourly: no 2-hour minimum. Tell the chat what's moving (a photo or product link helps) plus the pickup and drop-off addresses, and you get one price in writing. Mention stairs, elevators, or assembly so the price covers them.

Extra work added on the day is billed at the hourly rate for the actual time, only after you agree to it. Bigger deliveries are hourly: $165/hour for 2 movers + a Sprinter van, 2-hour minimum ($330). Outside 7 AM–7 PM, flat and hourly prices are doubled. See pricing →

Can you deliver to a 55+ community in west Delray?

Yes. Leave our name with the gate or send the visitor pass details, and tell us about any delivery hours the community sets.

My beach condo needs a COI for deliveries. Can you send one?

Yes. Send the building's requirements when you book. If the building or you must be named as additional insured, that COI is $75.

Can you pick up from a store in Boca and deliver to Delray?

Yes. Send the order details and both addresses in the chat. One or two pieces are a flat rate; you get one price in writing.

Can you mount a TV or anchor a bookcase to the wall?

No. We don't do wall-mounting or anchoring, and we don't do electrical, plumbing or gas hookups.
