Gates, HOAs and two-story homes

Guard-gated communities. Much of Pembroke Pines is gated: Pembroke Lakes, Chapel Trail, Silver Lakes, Pembroke Falls and many more. Leave our name and arrival time with the guard, or send the visitor pass details, so the crew isn't held at the gate.
HOA delivery rules. Some associations set delivery hours or limit where a commercial van can park. Tell us what yours allows and we plan the stop around it.
Two-story homes and townhomes. Bedroom furniture often goes up a staircase that turns. Stairs are part of the job, with no stair fee; mention them when you ask for the price so it covers them.
55+ condo communities. Garden-style buildings, some with elevators and some with outside stairs, and an office that may want to know about deliveries. Send us the community's rules.

Assembly, and deliveries out of the city

We assemble new flat-pack furniture and put back together anything we took apart: beds, tables, desks, shelving, dressers. Hardware stays bagged and labeled, and we take the boxes and packaging away at no extra charge. We don't do wall-mounting, electrical, plumbing or gas hookups, and we don't anchor furniture to walls.

Bought it in Pembroke Pines but it's going somewhere else? Deliveries to Miramar, Weston, Davie, Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, or south to Miami-Dade and north to Palm Beach County work the same way. Both addresses go into the price.

Pricing

1–2 items are a flat rate, not hourly: no 2-hour minimum. Tell the chat what's moving (a photo or product link helps) plus the pickup and drop-off addresses, and you get one price in writing. Mention stairs, elevators, or assembly so the price covers them.

Extra work added on the day is billed at the hourly rate for the actual time, only after you agree to it. Bigger deliveries are hourly: $165/hour for 2 movers + a Sprinter van, 2-hour minimum ($330). Outside 7 AM–7 PM, flat and hourly prices are doubled. See pricing →
