Furniture delivery in Orlando

A dining table from a showroom on Sand Lake Road, a bed frame from a marketplace seller near UCF, a sofa for a new house in Lake Nona that has to be set up before the family moves in. Two movers and a Sprinter van pick it up, bring it to your Orlando address, and put it together in the room.

What we plan around in Orlando

  • Showroom pickups. Stores along Sand Lake Road, in the Millenia area, along East Colonial Drive and on Orange Blossom Trail. Have the order paid and send the order number and the pickup window.
  • New builds in Lake Nona, Horizon West and Laureate Park. Fresh floors and paint, HOA rules on where the van can stop, and streets that are newer than most maps. Send a pin and we pad the floors on the way in.
  • College Park and Thornton Park bungalows. Brick streets, porch steps and narrow doors. Send a photo of the entry so we know if a piece needs to come apart.
  • Towers around Lake Eola and Downtown. Garage or dock loading, reserved service elevators and building move hours. Send the rules; a certificate of insurance (COI) is always available.
  • Furnishing a rental or a second home. Several pieces delivered and assembled in one visit, with someone you trust letting the crew in.

Pickups and drop-offs around Orlando

Orlando deliveries run on I-4, SR 408, SR 417, SR 429, Colonial Drive, Orange Blossom Trail and Semoran Boulevard. I-4 through Downtown is slow at rush hour, so a mid-morning delivery window is usually easier. Winter Park, Altamonte Springs, Kissimmee and Winter Garden are close; tell us both addresses. Our crews are based in South Florida, so ask in the chat for a quote. Moving more than a few pieces? See small moves in Orlando. We move only within Florida, and we don't have any big trucks, vans only.

Pricing

1–2 items are a flat rate, not hourly. Tell the chat what's moving (a photo or product link helps) plus the pickup and drop-off addresses, and you get one price in writing. Mention stairs, elevators, or assembly so the price covers them.

Extra work added on the day is billed at the hourly rate for the actual time, only after you agree to it. Bigger deliveries are hourly: $195 for the first hour, then $165/hour per crew (2 movers + a Sprinter van), in 30-minute increments. Outside 7 AM–7 PM, flat and hourly prices are doubled. A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.

Orlando questions

We just closed on a house in Lake Nona. Can you deliver and assemble before we move in?

Yes. Tell us the pieces, the store or seller, and who will let the crew in. Assembly you mention up front is included in the price.

Can you pick up a piece from a marketplace seller near UCF?

Yes. Send the listing photo, the seller's address and yours in the chat. One or two items are a flat rate.

Our condo near Lake Eola has delivery hours. Can you work with that?

Yes. Book the service elevator and send the hours and the building's rules. A COI is always available; naming the building as additional insured is $75.

Do you deliver furniture outside Florida?

No. We move only within Florida: both addresses must be in Florida.
