Furniture delivery in Aventura

Aventura is our home base, and most furniture here goes into a tower: a new sofa up a padded service elevator on Country Club Drive, a bed built in a unit off Biscayne Boulevard, a dining set through a guard gate on Williams Island. We pick it up, handle the building's rules, and put it together if it needs it.

Condo deliveries in Aventura

  • Delivery windows. Many associations allow deliveries only on certain days and hours, with the service elevator reserved and padded. Ask management and send us the window you get.
  • COI. Most Aventura buildings want a certificate of insurance on file before a delivery. Send the certificate holder name and wording; naming the association or you as additional insured is $75.
  • Guard gates and front desks. Leave our name and arrival time, so the crew isn't held at the entrance.
  • Elevator size. Sectionals, tall headboards and large mirrors don't always fit a service elevator. Send the cab and door sizes; if we think it won't fit, we'll tell you before we come.

Pickups for Aventura

Showrooms along Biscayne Boulevard and in the Design District, warehouses and will-call counters in Doral, Medley and Broward, flat-pack retailers, storage units and private sellers. Send the store name, the order or pickup number (paid and ready), a photo or product link, and your building's rules. We look each piece over at pickup and point out visible damage before we load it.

Seasonal residents often need a unit furnished before they arrive. If you won't be there, the building's front desk or someone you trust has to let the crew in.

Assembly

We assemble new flat-pack furniture and put back together anything we took apart: beds, tables, desks, shelving, dressers. Hardware stays bagged and labeled, and we take the boxes and packaging away at no extra charge, which matters in buildings that don't want cardboard in the trash room. We don't do wall-mounting, electrical, plumbing or gas hookups, and we don't anchor furniture to walls.

Pricing

1–2 items are a flat rate, not hourly. Tell the chat what's moving (a photo or product link helps) plus the pickup and drop-off addresses, and you get one price in writing. Mention stairs, elevators, or assembly so the price covers them.

Extra work added on the day is billed at the hourly rate for the actual time, only after you agree to it. Bigger deliveries are hourly: $195 for the first hour, then $165/hour per crew (2 movers + a Sprinter van), in 30-minute increments. Outside 7 AM–7 PM, flat and hourly prices are doubled. A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building. Adding the building as additionally insured is $75.

Aventura questions

My building only allows deliveries on weekdays. Can you work with that?

Yes. We work 7 days a week, 7 AM–7 PM. Tell us the building's delivery days and hours when you book and we schedule inside them.

Can you furnish my unit while I'm out of town?

Yes, if the front desk or someone you trust lets the crew in and the building's rules allow it. Tell us who that is when you book.

Will a sectional fit in the service elevator?

Send the sectional's measurements and the elevator cab and door sizes. If it won't fit, we'll tell you before we come.

Do you take the packaging away?

Yes. Boxes and packaging from items we deliver or assemble go with us, at no extra charge.
