What hourly help covers in Naples

  • Season open and close. Lanai furniture brought in before you leave, pieces moved to storage or back, a unit rearranged before you arrive. Associations in Pelican Bay, Park Shore and Vanderbilt Beach set the hours; send the rules.
  • Floors, lanais and repairs. Furniture moved out of the way for tile, flooring, painting or storm repairs, then put back where it goes.
  • New homes east of I-75. A rental truck or portable storage container unloaded into the right rooms in the new communities off Collier Boulevard, Immokalee Road and Vanderbilt Beach Road extension. Tell us the HOA's rules.
  • Staging before a sale. Rooms rearranged, extra pieces carried to the garage or a storage unit, so the home shows well.
  • Storage units. In, out, or reorganized, at the facilities along Airport-Pulling Road, Pine Ridge Road and US 41.

Naples questions

Can you close up our condo for the summer while we're away?

Yes. Tell us what goes where (lanai furniture inside, pieces to storage) and who will let the crew in. It's hourly: $195 for the first hour for 2 movers + the van, then $165/hour in 30-minute increments.

Can you move furniture off the lanai and out of the way for new tile?

Yes, and put it back after the work is done. Book the two visits separately.

I only need help for about an hour. Is there a minimum?

No. There's no minimum beyond the first hour. Our crews are based in South Florida, so ask in the chat for a quote for your Naples address.

Our association needs a COI. Can you provide one?

Yes. A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available. Naming the building as additional insured is $75.
