What this route is for

Moves into new communities. Furniture for a new house in the growing suburbs south of Jacksonville, in Duval, St. Johns or Clay County. One van holds about 500 cubic feet, roughly a studio or a light 1-bedroom.
Job moves. A small apartment going from West Palm Beach to Downtown, San Marco or the Southside.
Family pieces. A few rooms of furniture for relatives in Orange Park, Mandarin or the Beaches. We don't have any big trucks, vans only.

The West Palm Beach end and the Jacksonville end

In West Palm Beach we load from Downtown and Flagler Drive condos, Northwood and Flamingo Park homes (narrow stairs, street parking), apartments along Palm Beach Lakes Blvd, Okeechobee Blvd and Village Blvd, and Greenacres and Lake Worth Beach to the south. This route is I-95 north almost the whole way, along the Treasure Coast, the Space Coast, Daytona Beach and St. Augustine.

Coming from the south, the van reaches St. Johns County first: Nocatee and the new communities off CR 210 and US 1, Ponte Vedra Beach, and Fruit Cove near the river. Then Duval County (Mandarin, the Southside off I-295 and J. Turner Butler Blvd, San Marco, Riverside and Avondale, Arlington, Atlantic and Jacksonville Beach) and Clay County across the river in Orange Park and Fleming Island. Brand-new streets sometimes aren't on maps yet: send a pin or the lot and builder details.

In-state moves are priced per job, not from an hourly rate card. Tell the chat what's moving (photos help), both addresses, the floors and elevators at each end, and your date, and you get one price in writing before the job. Nothing is added on the day unless you ask for extra work and agree to it first.

A certificate of insurance (COI) is always available for your building, at either end.
