Terms of Service

Last updated: October 8, 2026

These terms apply when you book a move or delivery with One Piece Delivery LLC ("One Piece Delivery," "we") by phone, email, or our website and its chat. One Piece Delivery LLC is registered with the State of Florida as a Mover. Registration No. IM3018. Fla. Mover Reg. No. IM3018 (FDACS Intrastate Mover of Household Goods, valid through 10/04/2027). Licensed and insured.

  1. Services. Moving and delivery of household goods and furniture, labor-only help (loading or unloading a client's truck or container, moving items within a home), optional disassembly and assembly, packing, store and Marketplace pickups, and in-home moves, within Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
  2. Estimates and contracts. Before any moving service, you receive a written estimate and contract, signed and dated by you and by us, as required by Chapter 507, Florida Statutes. Flat-rate jobs: binding price. Hourly jobs: written estimate of hours at a fixed hourly rate; you pay for actual time. Any added service or price change needs a written amendment (change order) you sign before the work, showing the new maximum. The flat rate covers what we quoted. Extra work added on the day (moving furniture around, assembly you didn't book, other small tasks) is billed at the hourly rate for the actual time: 30-minute minimum ($82.50 per crew), then 15-minute increments. If you have many extra items beyond the quote, the whole job switches to hourly rates, with the 2-hour minimum per crew ($330).
  3. Your responsibilities. Give accurate addresses, item details (size, weight, fragility), and access information (stairs, elevators, building rules, COI requirements); be present or have an authorized person present; have items packed and ready.
  4. Pricing and payment. 1–2 item deliveries: flat rate, quoted in writing from photos of the items and the pickup and drop-off addresses. Small moves, labor-only help, and other hourly jobs: $165 per hour for 2 movers and a Sprinter van (the van and its equipment come to labor-only jobs too) · Minimum: 2 hours ($330) · After the minimum, time is billed in 30-minute increments ($82.50 per half hour) · Working hours: open 7 days a week, 7 AM–7 PM, including weekends and holidays (Dec 31 until 2 PM; closed Jan 1). Work outside those hours is billed at double rate ($330 per hour for 2 movers and a Sprinter van, same 2-hour minimum and 30-minute increments), and flat-rate jobs outside those hours are doubled · Billed time starts when the crew arrives at the first address; no travel fee or return-trip charge · No stair or flight fees: stairs and other on-site work are part of the hourly time · A crew is always 2 movers; jobs that need more people are booked as 2 crews (4 movers and 2 Sprinter vans) at $165 per hour each ($330 per hour total), with the same 2-hour minimum per crew · Fees: certificate of insurance naming the building or client as additional insured: $75 · Payment: Zelle (preferred), Venmo, Cash App, cash, or credit card (+3% processing fee); payment is due on the day of the job, immediately after the work is completed. No deposit and no prepayment for any job.
  5. Deposits, cancellations, and no-shows. No deposit is ever required. · Free to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your job. Inside 24 hours: $50 late-cancellation fee. · No-shows: if the crew arrives and can't start (no one there, no access, or items not ready), we wait up to 30 minutes. If we still can't start, the no-show charge is $50 plus those 30 minutes of waiting at the hourly rate ($82.50 per crew, or $165 per crew after 7 PM). · If the crew arrives and an item can't be moved because the item or the access doesn't match the photos or information you gave us, you pay 1 hour at the hourly rate ($165 per crew, or $330 after 7 PM) and nothing else. If it's on our side, or the item needs more people, we first try to bring a second crew; if one can't get there within 30–45 minutes, we cancel that item or job at no cost to you.
  6. Liability and valuation. Our liability for loss or damage is 60 cents per pound per article, the Florida minimum, disclosed in your estimate and contract. We don't sell additional valuation coverage.
  7. Claims. You may note any damaged or missing item on the paperwork before the crew leaves. Send a written claim with photos to [email protected] within 60 days after delivery, even if nothing was noted at delivery. If we can't settle it within 30 days, we tell you in writing where it stands, and we pay or deny it, with our reasons, within 90 days.
  8. Items we don't move. Grand and baby grand pianos, large refrigerators, hazardous materials (gas cans, propane, paint, chemicals), single items over 500 lb without a 2-crew booking, general junk and trash removal, firearms and ammunition, cash, jewelry, and important documents (please carry these yourself), perishable food, and anything our crew judges unsafe to move.
  9. Safety. Our crew may decline or stop work that's unsafe.
  10. Disputes. Florida law. We first try to resolve it directly, then mediation; venue is Miami-Dade County, Florida.
  11. Changes. We may update these terms; the version posted when you book applies.
