About Noble & Rustic

Noble & Rustic works with sustainable, reclaimed and submerged wood. Their site says the reclaimed and wind-damaged trees come from northern Thailand, and the submerged trunks stayed under water in local dams for decades. Woods include aged wild golden teak, Macassar ebony, makha, narra and local rosewood.

Pieces get a hand-rubbed finish: many rounds of fine sanding and several coats of stain, tung oil and water-based epoxy. They specialize in extra-long solid wood slabs and take custom orders, including dining tables over 160 inches and root consoles over 200 inches.
