One Piece Delivery ("we," "us") may send SMS/text messages to mobile numbers you provide for customer care related to our South Florida small-move and furniture delivery services, including quotes, booking confirmations, scheduling, arrival updates, payment reminders, and post-job follow-up.

How we obtain consent. We only text numbers that opt in by: (a) texting our business line first, (b) checking an SMS consent box on our website or booking forms, or (c) verbally agreeing during a call that we may text them about their job. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Customers typically receive up to 8 messages related to an active quote or job. Message and data rates may apply.

No sale / no sharing of mobile opt-in data for marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share limited contact details with assigned crew ("Vanmen") and service providers solely to fulfill your requested move, or when required by law.

Data use. Mobile numbers and SMS content are used only to provide the messaging program described above, improve customer care, and comply with legal obligations.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Promotional SMS, including reminders or offers to past clients, is sent only to users who explicitly opted in and always includes STOP instructions.
